TECHNICAL TRAINER The Technical Trainer is responsible for the coordination facilitation and oversight of the manufacturing training programs. This includes onboarding new employees, training manufacturi education and instruction to all manufacturing employees, auditing processes and employees to identify gaps and develop training programs to address those gaps. Building rapport with trainees, earning trust and encouraging continual improvement and teamwork across the Company is essential. Training will include blueprint reading, gauge use, tag training, GD&T, as well as computer system data entry. Qualified candidates must have teaching and/or training experier manufacturing facility, strong leadership and communication skills g processes and procedures, facilitating technical eferably in a d knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Office.
