One subscription per address. The City will vacuum the leaves on a scheduled basis several times for a one-time fee of $100.00. The Vacuum Service Progr am will be held on November 5-15& November 26-29, 2018. Please complete the subscription form below, including the name of the subscriber, property address to be vacuumed (include additional information that might be helpful, i.e. corner of Lee and Blarney Stone) and a daytime telephone number (in case there is a problem). Enclose a check or money order in the amount of $100.00, made payable to the City of Beloit. Mail the form and payment to City of Beloit, Department of Public Works Operations, 2351 Springbrook Court, Beloit, Wisconsin, 53511, Attention: Leaf Vacuum Service. You may also pay in person at the Department of Public Works Operations, Parks and Recreation Facility 2351 Springbrook Court Monday through Friday, 7:00 am. 4.00 pm. PLEASE NOTE: The City of Beloit is not responsible for the timeliness in which leaves fall from the trees or weather related cancellation of the Leaf acuum Program.
